About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator with strong experience in Windows 11 Pro, Microsoft 365 administration, and IT support.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, have excellent troubleshooting skills, and take ownership of maintaining secure, reliable, and effective IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 11 Pro devices.

•⁠ ⁠Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

•⁠ ⁠Manage user accounts, permissions, licenses, and access controls.

•⁠ ⁠Handle device provisioning, software installation, updates, and maintenance.

•⁠ ⁠Implement endpoint security, patch management, and data protection best practices.

•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, and network connectivity issues.

•⁠ ⁠Support user onboarding and offboarding processes.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain IT asset records, technical documentation, and support tickets.

•⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and improve IT operations.





•⁠ ⁠Provide timely and effective remote technical support.

Required Skills

•⁠ ⁠Strong hands-on experience with Windows 11 Pro administration and troubleshooting.

•⁠ ⁠Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of Windows security, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, and MFA.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

•⁠ ⁠Experience in desktop/laptop support, software deployment, and troubleshooting.

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

•⁠ ⁠Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.

•⁠ ⁠PowerShell scripting and automation.

•⁠ ⁠Active Directory and Group Policy.

•⁠ ⁠Endpoint management and monitoring tools.

•⁠ ⁠Basic Linux administration.
