KGG Services is looking for an experienced IT Recruitment & Account Manager to manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities along with client coordination and account management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate coordination.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with clients on open positions, interview schedules and recruitment updates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Conduct regular client visits and recruitment review meetings.
- Track recruitment performance and provide periodic hiring updates.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment.




- Solid knowledge of IT sourcing channels and recruitment portals.
- Experience handling client coordination and account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
- Bangalore based candidate only .Willingness to travel for weekly client visits in Bangalore.

Preferred Candidate A recruiter with hands-on IT hiring experience who is also comfortable managing client relationships and recruitment delivery. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
