- Work Mode: 100% Remote / Permanent WFH

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

- Salary (CTC): 10,00020,000 per month, depending on interview performance and experience

- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Only for Female employee

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Domestic IT and C2H recruitment.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.

- Screen resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.

- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Handle candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, offers, and joining formalities.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills

- 1yr5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.

- Hands-on experience in C2H recruitment.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sourcing, screening,



and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of IT skills and technologies.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

- Own laptop and stable Wi-Fi/internet connection are mandatory.
