Role & responsibilities

IOX Process Management

- Establish and maintain standard operating parameters for the IOX process.
- Monitor and control critical process parameters:

- Salt bath temperature

- Soak time

- Salt purity

- Bath contamination levels

- Loading pattern

- Heating and cooling profiles
- Ensure achievement of CS and DOL requirements as per customer specifications.
- Monitor process capability and implement corrective actions for process deviations.

Salt Bath Management & Maintenance

- Define salt replenishment and replacement schedules.
- Monitor salt quality, contamination levels, and bath life.
- Coordinate periodic cleaning of IOX tanks, fixtures, and associated equipment.
- Maintain records of salt consumption, replenishment, and disposal.
- Optimize salt usage and reduce operating costs.
- Evaluate recent salt materials and process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile Lead DOE activities for process optimization.

Drive productivity improvement and cycle time reduction projects.

Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts.

Improve machine utilization and OEE
