About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Interview Trainer who can help students and job seekers develop strong interview skills, improve their communication, and build confidence for professional opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to conduct engaging and effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interview preparation and mock interview sessions.
- Train candidates in effective communication and confidence building.
- Guide candidates on professional body language and interview etiquette.
- Prepare candidates for common and role-specific interview questions.




- Assess candidate performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Help candidates improve their presentation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence in conducting training sessions.
- Ability to motivate and guide candidates.
- Prior experience in interview training, communication training, or a related field will be an advantage.

Job Details

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (T&C; apply)
