Salary & Incentives

INR 23,100 Gross Salary - INR1250 for Cab Deduction = 21,000 to 22,000 Approx..

- Up to ₹7,000 Monthly Performance Bonus
- Unlimited Monthly Upselling Incentives (Approx. - 12,000 to 14,000, you can make minimum apart from salary based on your potential)

You will be easily be able to make between 30,000-35,000 Inhand (Including Basic salary & Incentives)

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international (US) customers.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting related to telecom services,



including Internet, LAN, WAN, VPN, and Home Security.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Shift Details

- 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Offs)
- Rotational Night Shifts . For Example, any shift starting between 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM(midnight).
- Shift is of 9 Hours including 1 hour break.
