Role Description The International Business Development Manager will lead global growth initiatives by identifying new markets, developing international sales opportunities, and building strategic partnerships. This full-time, on-site role based in Jamnagar involves managing key accounts, conducting market and competitor analyses, and preparing business plans to expand the company’s presence in targeted regions. The role includes negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams to align production and delivery capabilities,



and ensuring customer requirements are met with tailored solutions.

The manager will maintain strong relationships with international clients, participate in trade fairs or industry events as needed, and provide regular performance reports and forecasts to leadership. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and logistics is essential to ensure smooth execution of international orders and sustained customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in International Business Development and International Business, with a strong understanding of global markets and trade practices.
- Proficiency in International Sales and Account Management, including building long-term client relationships and managing key accounts.
- Experience in Business Planning, including market analysis, forecasting, and developing strategic growth plans.
- Prior exposure to industrial or manufacturing sectors (e.g., metals, automotive, electrical components) is highly beneficial.
- Solid negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jamnagar and travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
