Position: Lead – Internal Audit

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: CA Inter with strong Articleship experience

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office

Employment Type: Full time

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple internal audit assignments.
- Prepare audit plans and conduct risk assessments.
- Evaluate business processes, internal controls and IFC.
- Identify operational, financial and compliance risks.
- Supervise audit teams and review audit documentation.
- Prepare audit reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Present audit findings to senior management and clients.




- Monitor audit observations and ensure timely closure.
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure audit quality and compliance with professional standards.

Mandatory Skills:

- Internal Audit / Risk Advisory
- Internal Financial Controls (IFC)
- Risk Assessment and Audit Planning
- Team Handling and Client Management
- Strong knowledge of Governance and Internal Controls
