Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru, with a compensation of up to 5.5 LPA.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts, plan layouts, and prepare detailed drawings for residential projects, aligned with client requirements and company standards. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their needs, creating space plans and mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves collaborating closely with architects, project managers,



and contractors to ensure accurate execution of designs on site.

The Interior

Designer will also review construction progress, resolve design-related issues, and maintain quality and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to coordinate effectively with project teams and contractors.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with project budgets and design themes.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Strong visualization, detailing, and presentation skills, with attention to materials, finishes, and ergonomics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work within timelines and budgets, and collaborate in a fast-paced workplace.
- Good communication and client-facing skills; prior residential design experience in India is an advantage.
