Looking for a detail-oriented Interior Designer to work closely with our Lead Architect across multiple projects, from concept development to execution, handover and aftercare.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Designer to work closely with the Lead Architect across multiple projects, from concept development to execution, handover, and aftercare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Lead Architect on concept development, design direction, and material palettes.
- Manage material, finish, furniture, fixture, and lighting selections, with strong knowledge of materials and their applications.
- Review and interpret interior working drawings, technical details, elevations, and sections to ensure accuracy and design intent.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, contractors,



and internal teams across multiple projects.
- Oversee design coordination and site execution, resolving detailing issues and ensuring quality and adherence to approved drawings.
- Take ownership of projects through completion, handover, and post-handover aftercare.

Required Skills:

- Robust material knowledge and understanding of interior detailing and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication, coordination, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a practical understanding of site execution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and take ownership of responsibilities.
