Job Overview

We are hiring a full-time Insurance Operations Executive based in Gurgaon (Work from Office) to coordinate document workflows, expedite pending queries, and ensure prompt insurance claim settlements.

Minimum 1 year in insurance/claim operations

Compensation: Up to ₹30,000 / month CTC

Key Responsibilities

Query Resolution : Coordinate with patients, internal operations, and insurers/TPAs to collect, verify, and submit missing claim documents (bills, prescriptions, doctor justifications, courier PODs).

Claim Expediting : Proactively follow up on pending queries via calls and emails to eliminate delays and prevent claim rejections.

Tracking & Documentation : Maintain real-time trackers (Google Sheets/Excel) for active claim statuses, courier/dispatch tracking IDs, and query communication logs.

Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience : 1+ years in health insurance operations, claims follow-up, or TPA coordination.

Knowledge : Familiarity with cashless/reimbursement claim workflows, TPA query resolution, and settlement processes.

Skills : Strong spoken Hindi and English, basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, organized tracking ability, and comfort handling regular outbound follow-up calls.
