- Morning: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Evening/Night: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Roles &

- Responsibilities

- Raw Material Handling &
- Quality Control

- Check raw materials according to company quality standards.

- Verify moisture content in bags during unloading.

- Inspect polybag quality during material receipt.

- Monitor safe loading and unloading operations.

- Drying Yard &

- Warehouse Management

- Manage drying yard operations as per company standards.

- Ensure proper stacking, drying, and movement of bags.

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

- Production &

- Reporting

- Report daily work status, production details, and issues to the Intake Manager.

- Maintain records of raw material intake,



moisture levels, and drying activities.

- Shift Planning &

- Labour Management

- Allocate shifts and labour for stocking and drying operations.

- Ensure sufficient manpower and proper task allocation.

- Monitor labour productivity and timely completion of work.

- Health &

- Safety

- Ensure workers follow safety rules and procedures.

- Check that workers use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

- Promote protected working practices in the warehouse and drying yard.

- Training &

- Supervision

- Guide and train labourers on their duties and material-handling procedures.

- Monitor workers and ensure proper execution of tasks.

- Housekeeping &

- Discipline

- Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and safe at the end of every shift.

- Follow company policies and support audits and compliance activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
