A] Engineering, Design & Manufacturing Support

- Support the conceptualization, design, development, and improvement of process equipment and filtration-based separation systems.
- Hands-on working with AUTOCAD 2D and 3D for developing drawings for proposals and manufacturing
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOMs, and other engineering documentation.
- Support troubleshooting and corrective actions during manufacturing, testing, and machine operation.

B] Process Instrumentation & Control, Electrical Design and Automation





- Design and develop electrical control panels for process and manufacturing equipment.

· Prepare component lists, panel layouts, electrical drawings, wiring details, and related documentation. · Work extensively with Siemens PLC and HMI platforms, including:

o SIMATIC Manager o WinCC Flexible o TIA Portal V12 to V19

· Perform PLC/HMI testing, debugging, simulation, and machine-level functional testing.

· Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, instrumentation, and electrical control issues.

·

- Understand, review, and interpret P&ID; drawings and process requirements.
- Develop instrumentation and control concepts for process and manufacturing equipment.
- Prepare and review instrumentation and control documentation, including I/O lists, loop drawings, cable schedules, tubing schedules, and related documents.
- Review instrument installation, wiring, tubing, and integration with the overall control system.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues during manufacturing and commissioning.

C] Testing, Commissioning & Qualification · Support and independently execute machine testing and debugging at the manufacturing facility.

· Participate in FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, and qualification activities.

· Travel to customer sites for machine commissioning, troubleshooting, validation, and technical support.

· Independently perform Operational Qualification (OQ) of pharmaceutical and biotech machines in front of customers.

· Prepare and execute test protocols and qualification documentation as required.
