Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on engaging prospective students, parents, and institutional partners via calls, emails, and online meetings to promote Roam N Learn’s experiential learning programs. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, explaining program benefits, managing follow-ups, maintaining accurate CRM records, and closing enrollments.

The specialist will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to convert leads from campaigns, ensure smooth onboarding for participants,



and support high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves meeting sales targets, providing feedback on market trends, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience converting inquiries into enrollments or sales.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through proactive Customer Service and relationship management.
- Excellent Communication skills, including transparent spoken and written English and effective listening.
- Experience using CRM or sales management tools, with good data entry accuracy and follow-up discipline.
- Proven ability to work toward sales targets, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in education or travel industry is an advantage.
- Comfortable working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
