About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our domestic sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products or services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
2. Generate business through leads and follow up with prospective customers.
3. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or services.
4. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offerings to customers.
5. Convert interested prospects into successful sales.
6. Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to maximize conversion.
7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
8. Maintain accurate customer information and update lead details in CRM.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
10. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
