Core Responsibilities

- Outbound Calls: Dial prospective or existing customers to promote chemical l products.
- Inbound Support: Answer customer questions, handle complaints, and give product information.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads, record customer interest, and pass details to the sales team.

Typical Requirements
- Education: Usually a graduation degree.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi , English ,Tamil ,Telugu and Kanad .
- Experience: Many roles ac cept freshers, while others prefer 6 months to 1 year of inside sales or customer support experience.
- Salary Range: Generally ranges from ₹8,000 to ₹12000+ per month depending on the company, incentives
