Job Responsibilities: Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART. Call potential customers, dealers, distributors and wholesalers. Explain our mattress and pillow products, pricing and business opportunities. Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp. Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders. Maintain customer records, follow-up dates and order status in Excel/CRM. Achieve monthly sales and order conversion targets.
