Role & responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily injection moulding production operations.

- Ensure smooth machine operations, production planning, and target achievement.

- Monitor machine settings, mould changes, and process parameters.

- Maintain product quality and minimize rejection, wastage, and downtime.

- Handle machine troubleshooting and coordinate preventive maintenance.

- Manage manpower allocation and shift activities.

- Ensure proper material utilization and production efficiency.

- Maintain 5S, safety standards, and discipline on the shop floor.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- CIPET qualification is compulsory (Diploma / PG Diploma in Plastic Technology).

- 1020 years of experience in injection moulding operations.

- Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, mould setting, and process parameters.





- Expertise in handling production teams and achieving production targets.

- Extensive knowledge of machine troubleshooting, mould maintenance, and quality control.

- Experience in plastic components manufacturing, preferably pumps and packaging products.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

- Ability to reduce rejection, minimize machine downtime, and improve production efficiency.
