Experience in Industry 4.0 implementation, AI applications, digital manufacturing, IIoT, machine connectivity, manufacturing process improvement, production technology, OEE, predictive maintenance, dashboards, Power BI/Python/SQL, PLC/SCADA and cross-functional project execution.

Responsibilities

- Execute Industry 4.0 projects, machine connectivity, IIoT implementation, digital transformation roadmap.
- Study manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, improve OEE, productivity and quality.
- Implement AI/ML, dashboards, predictive maintenance, quality analytics.
- Coordinate PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP and industrial communication integration.
- Evaluate current technologies, conduct pilots and support digital innovation.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical/Mechatronics) with good academic record. Knowledge of Industry 4.0, AI, IIoT, PLC/SCADA, MES preferred with more than 70% marks in 10th, 12th and Engineering.
- Experience Range: 3 to 8 Years
