Role Description The Independent Business Associate (India) role at AI IT is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. This role involves identifying and engaging small business clients, presenting AI IT’s automation solutions, and supporting them through onboarding and basic implementation steps. The associate will conduct market research, build and maintain business relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Daily activities include meeting prospective clients,



explaining product benefits, gathering feedback, and providing ongoing customer support. The role requires proactive outreach, professional communication, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
