Role & responsibilities
- Prepare gratuity trust deeds, deeds of variation, financial statements, income-tax returns, and related compliance documents.
- Handle income-tax return filing, tax computations, notices, rectifications, assessments, and other income-tax departmental work.
- Draft replies, submissions, applications, and other documents for income-tax proceedings.
- Coordinate with clients for documentation and ensure timely completion of statutory compliances.
- Visit the Income Tax Department regularly for follow-ups and resolution of pending matters.
