CompIndi is hiring Plyer-coch sles leder in Chenni to mnge nd coch our US outbound SDR tem, run demos, nd close dels personlly. You report to the Founder nd CEO of Tech.us, our sister compny bsed in the US.

What you will do

- Coch the SDR tem through 1:1s, cll reviews, nd role-plys; set nd hold ctivity, meeting, nd pipeline trgets.
- Own the plybook: ICP, scripts, sequences, nd qulifiction. Hire nd rmp new SDRs.
- Work with our list builder nd GTM led to trget contcts using the right intent signls.
- Run discovery clls nd live demos for US executives nd close, cross both the SS pltform nd productized services.
- Keep the CRM current nd report pipeline nd forecst to the US-bsed Sles Leder nd CEO.

What Success look like: By Outcome

- Day 30 Demoing both offerings solo; Playbook live, several meetings booked.




- Day 90 Closed your first 5- or 6-figure deal; Every SDR at meeting target
- Day 180 2+ new SDRs ramped; Team pipeline at 3x quarterly quota

Preferred candidate profile

- 7 to 10 yers in B2B sles to US buyers, including 2+ yers mnging SDRs or BDRs.
- Personlly closed multiple 5- nd 6-figure dels.
- Led tem crrying 7-figure nnul quot.
- Solid live softwre demos for US executives.
- Hnds-on with CRM, intent dt, outbound tools, nd AI.
- Exceptionlly good spoken nd written English.
- Selling into construction, helthcre, mnufcturing, insurnce, or verticl SS mrkets such s rel estte or engineering.
