Salary:

- Freshers: 15,000 18,000 per month
- Experienced: 25,000 28,000 per month (based on interview performance)

Texas Review is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors with a strong interest in Sales, Business Development and Student Counselling.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a convincing personality and the ability to convert prospective student enquiries into successful admissions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students interested in overseas education.
- Counsel students regarding study-abroad opportunities, universities, courses and admission procedures.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Promote and sell overseas education consulting and related services.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp and CRM.




- Handle walk-in enquiries and guide students throughout the admission process.
- Participate in promotional activities, education fairs and student events.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust interest in Sales, Counselling and Business Development.
- Ability to convince, negotiate and convert leads.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to work in a sales-driven environment.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in educational sales, tele-sales, counselling or business development will be preferred.
