What Will You Do?
- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Assist customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and patience.
- Maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service experience.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
