Job Title/Designation: New Build - IBS Engineer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced New Build IBS Engineer to support the planning, deployment, and implementation of In-Build Solutions (IBS) projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end IBS site deployment activities, coordinating with customers, vendors, and telecom operators, and ensuring timely delivery of projects as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Survey and assess buildings for IBS deployment feasibility.
- Coordinate with telecom operators, customers, landlords, and vendors for project execution.
- Handle end-to-end IBS project deployment, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor site readiness, material availability, and project timelines.
- Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are followed during deployment.
- Coordinate RF, Transmission, Electrical, and Civil teams for seamless project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Track project milestones and escalate issues impacting delivery timelines.




- Conduct acceptance testing and support site integration activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, telecom standards, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

- B.E. / B. Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- 2 + years of experience in Telecom Infrastructure, IBS, DAS, Small Cell, or Network Deployment projects.
- Knowledge of IBS/DAS deployment, RF fundamentals, transmission connectivity, and site rollout processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project reporting.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Field Sales experience is mandatory Annual CTC: Rupees 3,25,000 to 4,25,000
