We are looking for an experienced Master Mentor in Mathematics with solid expertise in IBDP and/or A Levels. The candidate will be responsible for mentoring, observing, training and developing teachers to improve teaching quality, subject delivery and student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and train Mathematics teachers teaching IBDP and A Level curricula.

- Observe classroom sessions and evaluate teaching methods, subject delivery and student engagement.

- Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to improve teaching effectiveness.

- Conduct regular teacher training sessions, workshops and academic development programmes.

- Support teachers in lesson planning, curriculum delivery and effective teaching strategies.

- Monitor teacher performance and track improvements through regular evaluations.

- Maintain high academic and teaching standards across the faculty.





Required Qualifications & Experience

- 10+ years of experience teaching Mathematics in IBDP and/or A Levels.

- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of international curricula.

- Proven experience in observing, evaluating, mentoring and training teachers.

- Excellent communication, leadership and feedback skills.

- Ability to identify teaching gaps and implement effective improvement plans.

- Experience in both 1:1 private tutoring and school environments will be an added advantage.
