Role Description: The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting performance management processes. The specialist will administer and explain HR policies and employee benefits, respond to employee queries, and help ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations and company standards.

Daily tasks also include assisting with recruitment and selection activities, coordinating HR documentation, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with management and team members to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to handle core HR operations and processes.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including implementation, communication, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Experience in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting performance and engagement activities.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced, on-site environment.
- Comfort with HR software and MS Office tools; experience with HRIS or ATS platforms is beneficial.
