? What You’ll Be Working On

As an HR Intern, you’ll get hands-on exposure to:

- End-to-end recruitment & hiring activities
- Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals & other channels
- Resume screening and candidate shortlisting
- Interview scheduling & coordination
- Candidate communication and interview follow-ups
- Employee onboarding & documentation
- Maintaining HR records and databases
- Preparing HR reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Employee engagement activities
- Handling basic HR queries and coordination
- Supporting day-to-day HR administrative activities

✔️ Good interpersonal & organizational skills
