About the Role

Corenest Tech LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Intern who is interested in building a career in Human Resources. The candidate will get practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, coordination, and day-to-day HR activities.

This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop professional communication, management, and people-handling skills while working in a collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job posting and candidate sourcing..
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates..
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates..
- Schedule interviews and follow up with applicants..
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities of new employees and interns..
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation..
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities..
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations..
- Assist in organizing team activities, employee engagement programs, games, and celebrations..
- Prepare daily and weekly HR reports..
- Support the HR team in implementing company policies and procedures..

Requirements & Skills




- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field..
- Good verbal and written communication skills..
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace..
- Good organizational and time-management skills..
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn..
- Ability to coordinate with candidates and team members professionally..
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage..
