We’re Hiring: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations | Zintlr

Location: Bangalore, Hebbal(Ganganagar) – In-office (Monday to Friday)

Duration: 4 months, with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance

Zintlr is a fast-growing startup building sales intelligence products for B2B teams. We’re looking for an HR Intern to work closely with our HR team, with a strong focus on recruitment. This is not a shadowing role. You will own real hiring pipelines from day one.

What you’ll do

Recruitment (core focus)

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and skilled communities
- Build relationships with college placement cells and drive campus hiring
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess role fit
- Schedule interviews and act as the point of contact between candidates and interviewers
- Follow up with candidates through feedback, offers and joining, and give them a smooth experience throughout
- Maintain recruitment trackers, share pipeline updates with hiring managers, and track key hiring metrics





HR Operations

- Support onboarding, documentation and employee records
- Assist with day-to-day HR tasks and employee engagement activities

- Organized, structured and detail-oriented
- Strong ownership, able to follow directions and follow through consistently
- Adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment
- High standards of confidentiality and professionalism
- Keen to build a career in Talent Acquisition

A background in HR or an MBA in HR is a plus, but not mandatory.
