Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with a solid background in manufacturing industry hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various plant, production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment within the manufacturing industry.
- Handle hiring for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, Stores, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other plant functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Drive bulk hiring and lateral recruitment as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and plant heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on role requirements.




- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, salary negotiations, and offer releases.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and regular hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Preferred candidate profile Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
- 1–5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and plant-level hiring requirements.
- Experience in sourcing ITI, Diploma, Engineering, and experienced shop-floor professionals.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet recruitment deadlines.
