1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the HR team with employee relations activities, such as conducting surveys, organizing team-building events, and handling employee inquiries.
3. Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with accurate information.
4. Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.
6. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your HR knowledge and skills.
7. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute cutting-edge ideas to the team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
