Role Description The Human Resource Fresher will support core HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Day-to-day responsibilities include helping with on boarding documentation, coordinating induction programs, and keeping employee data and HR files up to date.
