? Position: HR Recruiter Intern

? Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

? Experience: 0–1 year

? Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR (Mandatory)

? Duration: 6 months, with a chance of full-time conversion ✨

? What You’ll Do

✅ Mine LinkedIn to find and connect with top talent at target companies

✅ Turn connections into qualified candidate leads

✅ Create, post and manage job ads on LinkedIn, Naukri and social media

✅ Screen the recruitment inbox daily and shortlist the best-fit candidates

✅ Update candidate details in the ATS and tag the right HR

✅ Work closely with the whole HR team to close positions faster

? What We’re Looking For

⭐ Robust knowledge of LinkedIn hiring and Boolean search

⭐ Experience with social media hiring and creating job ads





⭐ Excellent written and verbal communication

⭐ A quick learner who takes ownership and pays attention to detail

⭐ Bonus: Canva, an ATS, or LinkedIn Recruiter experience
