Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, candidate screening experience, and the ability to close positions within the given timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT requirements.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, referrals, and other job portals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews with candidates, HR teams, and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection,



and joining.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Ensure timely profile submissions and regular recruitment updates.

Required Skills

2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience.

Experience in sourcing through job portals and professional networks.

Valuable communication and candidate-handling skills.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple job requirements simultaneously.

Target-oriented approach with good time-management skills.
