Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting employee training programs, coordinating learning and development activities, supporting employee onboarding, and improving overall employee performance through effective training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify employee training and development needs.
- Plan, organize, and conduct employee training sessions.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Monitor employee training progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback reports.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and development.
- Assist in improving employee skills, productivity, and workplace performance.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training requirements.





Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Training & Development, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR practices.
- Ability to engage employees and deliver effective training sessions.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
