Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle hiring process—from identifying and sourcing talent to screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and attract high-caliber candidates. [1, 2]Key Responsibilities

- Job Postings &
- Sourcing:

Design and update job descriptions, publish openings on job boards, and proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, and social channels. [1, 2, 3]

- Screening &

- Interviews:

Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, video, or in-person interviews, and administer candidate assessments. [1, 2, 3]

- Candidate Management: Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey, manage feedback, and deliver job offers. [1, 2]

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department and hiring managers to forecast future staffing needs and refine selection criteria. [1, 2]

- Onboarding &

- Records:

Assist with new employee onboarding, run background/reference checks,



and keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases accurate. [1, 2, 3]

- Metrics &

- Branding:

Track recruitment KPIs (such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire) and help promote the company as an employer of choice. [1, 2, 3]

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar corporate/agency recruitment role.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), resume databases, and online sourcing platforms.

- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, negotiation, time management, and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
