We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, employee offboarding, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end employee and contractor offboarding, including bulk offboarding.
- Handle Full & Final (FNF) settlements accurately and on time.
- Validate and process payroll inputs in coordination with payroll teams.
- Manage employee advantages, including medical insurance, term life, gratuity, meal and gift cards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and Admin teams to ensure 100% NOC completion.
- Drive process improvements, workflow automation, and Agentic AI initiatives.




- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll, ISO, and HR process audits.
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll, exits, and benefits.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent ownership and accountability.
- Analytical thinking and data management.
- Experience handling bulk HR operations.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong project management and attention to detail.

Technical Skills:

- Advanced MS Excel and MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and automation tools.
- Exposure to Power BI, dashboards, and reporting.
- Understanding of Agentic AI and workflow automation.
