We're hiring: HR Operations Lead at XenonStack

At XenonStack, we build decision infrastructure for enterprises running AI agents in production. As we grow across India and the UAE, how we hire, onboard and develop people has to be engineered as carefully as our products.

We're looking for an HR Operations professional who will own three areas:

→ Hiring administration

Run recruitment end to end: job postings, interview scheduling, offers, documentation and onboarding, with clean records at every stage.

→ Talent hiring

Work with engineering, sales and leadership to find people who are curious, learn fast and do well in ambiguity.

→ People management

Policies, attendance and timesheets, performance cycles, engagement,



and an employee experience people actually talk about.

What you bring

- 3–6 years in HR operations or talent acquisition, ideally at a tech or product company
- Hands-on experience with HR and ATS tools (Zoho Recruit / Zoho People or similar)
- Sound judgement, discretion and follow-through
- Transparent communication with candidates, managers and leadership
