We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible and motivated HR intern to join our team at our corporate office, located in Cherpulassery-Palakkad dist., Kerala.

Key responsibilities

- Assist in attendance and Leave management
- Maintain Employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Assist in recruitment and employee selection
- Support employee onboarding and induction
- Coordinate staff training and HR activities
- Assist in Performance appraisal and employee engagement activities

Eligibility & Skills:
- MBA / BBA / PGDM / Any Degree (HR preferred)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn HR operations
- Positive attitude and good organizational skills
