Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, primarily for real estate hiring.
- Source candidates through free job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other cost-effective channels.
- Handle bulk recruitment drives and ensure timely hiring.
- Maintain recruitment databases, candidate trackers, interview schedules, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Manage approximately 80% recruitment and 20% generalist HR activities.
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, HR records, and administrative tasks.
- Assist in maintaining PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory compliance records.
- Ensure accurate, organized, and confidential HR data management.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

Required Skills & Experience





- 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience; real estate experience preferred.
- Experience in bulk hiring and recruitment through free or low-cost platforms.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data management, reporting, and database maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, and applicable statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
