Role Description The Housekeeping Executive is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a consistently high standard of service. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Park Inn by Radisson in Surat. Daily tasks include supervising housekeeping staff, planning and allocating work schedules, monitoring room inspections, coordinating laundry services, and managing inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.





The role also involves supporting guest requests, handling feedback or complaints related to housekeeping, and working closely with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

The Housekeeping

Executive contributes to training and motivating team members, implementing brand standards, and maintaining health and safety practices.

Qualifications

- Solid organization skills and ability to manage housekeeping operations, schedules, and inventories effectively.
- Hands-on experience with laundry processes, linen management, and fabric care standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Experience in training, coaching, and supporting housekeeping staff to meet brand standards.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel operations, ideally in a branded hotel environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, hygiene and safety regulations, and use of housekeeping equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
