A Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in hotels, offices, healthcare facilities, or residential properties.

Core Job Responsibilities

- Room & Area Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, fixtures, and hard surfaces.

- Sanitation: Disinfect bathrooms, high-touch areas, and common spaces using approved cleaning agents.

- Bed-Making & Linen Management: Strip and make beds, change bed sheets and pillowcases, replace used towels, and collect soiled linens for laundry.

- Stocking Supplies: Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies in rooms, restrooms, or carts.

- Waste & Trash Removal: Empty wastebaskets, dispose of trash properly, and maintain clean waste disposal areas.

- Equipment Care: Safely operate cleaning machinery (such as vacuums or floor buffers) and clean, maintain, and store tools at the end of a shift.

- Maintenance & Hazard Reporting: Inspect rooms or facilities and report broken furniture, maintenance issues, water leaks,



or safety hazards to engineering or management.

- Guest & Client Interaction: Greet guests or clients courteously, handle special requests, and log lost-and-found items.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift or push equipment/objects (often up to 50 pounds) for extended periods.

- Attention to Detail: High standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic presentation.

- Time Management: Ability to complete assigned rooms or areas efficiently within strict operational timeframes.

- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of proper chemical handling, personal protective equipment (PPE), and hygiene protocols.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
