Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage household staff, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Oversee daily operations, including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement effective schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the household.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience as a Household Manager or similar role.
- B.Tech degree (Computers) preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing large teams effectively.
- Solid leadership skills with ability to motivate team members.
