AC / Electrical Technician

We are looking for a skilled and responsible AC / Electrical Technician to join our hotel with more than 50 guest rooms. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing air-conditioning systems, electrical equipment, and other hotel facilities to ensure guest comfort and smooth daily operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and repair AC units in guest rooms and other hotel areas.

Perform regular preventive maintenance of air conditioners and electrical equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical faults involving wiring, switches, sockets, lighting, and circuit breakers.

Maintain and repair refrigerators, exhaust fans, and other electrical appliances as required.

Attend maintenance complaints from guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, and public areas promptly.

Check electrical panels, MCBs, distribution boards, and related electrical components.





Monitor AC cooling performance and identify faults.

Carry out routine inspections to prevent equipment breakdowns.

Maintain maintenance records, complaint registers, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Follow electrical safety procedures while carrying out repairs.

Coordinate with the maintenance team to complete repair work efficiently.

Respond to urgent maintenance complaints to minimize guest inconvenience.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Inform the supervisor about major faults, spare-part requirements, and repair needs.
