Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Direct Clients W2)

Location: Noida (On-site)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift, EST / CST)

About the Role:

We are looking for result-driven US IT Recruiters to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will recruit across niche IT skill sets for 100% Direct Client requirements on W2 terms, working with quick turnaround times and high submittal-to-closure ratios.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for W2 requirements (US Citizens, Green Card holders, EADs).
- Utilize major job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews, manage client feedback, and negotiate compensation/advantages.
- Maintain pipeline tracking in the ATS and ensure prompt follow-ups.

Requirements

- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing.




- Domain Focus: Strong familiarity with US tax terms (primarily W2) and work authorizations.
- Client Handling: Prior experience delivering on Direct Client / Implementation Partner accounts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Availability: Comfortable working full-time on-site in Noida during standard US night shifts.
