- Experience in a 24x7 operational setting or global teams across regions and time zones.
- Experience coordinating multiple technical teams during incidents, planned events, readiness checks or production changes.
- Experience preparing operational updates, event trackers, status reports, action logs or similar materials.
- Preferred: regulated industry, major migrations, infrastructure changes, cloud/security/market-critical events, senior stakeholder communications, crisis/audit/regulatory workflows.
