We are hiring Diploma Mechanical Fresher for our client manufacturing plant for Vasai location FOR QA/QC Executive position

IT IS ROTATIONAL SHIFT.

Role & responsibilities

1. DeplOyment of Inspectors in his shift, according to the availability and skill of inspector.
2. Responsible for ensuring M100 & Split test of each running machine products
3. Responsible for In-process visual inspection & testings and traceability requirements in his shift.
4. Responsible to maintain the records & documents of In-process inspection and testings in his shift
5. Responsible for preparing daily QA In-process Rejection Report.
6. Giving timely feedback of In-process inspections & testings results to production & do root cause analysis with them to take corrective actions for yield improvement.

Support in data collection for capability studies.
8. Responsible for reporting /discussing with his manager with all the issues he is faced in his shift.
9. Support in implementation of corrective actions for Customer complaint closure, process/ product audit NC findings.
10. Update Why-why tracker for daily major rejections keep track on countermeasure implementation.
11. Support for QM Pillar methodology implementation .
12. Shall have Valuable Verbal / Written communication skill.

Preferred candidate profile Fresher with good communication skills having quality process knowledge.
