We are looking for an experienced chef specialising in authentic Bombay street food to help develop the menu for a potential current food brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop recipes for Vada Pav, Pav Bhaji, Bombay Sandwich, Dabeli and other Mumbai street food favourites.
- Conduct recipe trials and develop signature dishes.
- Standardise recipes and calculate food costs.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality and hygiene.
Requirements:
- Experience in Bombay street food.
- Knowledge of recipe development and food costing.
- Experience in restaurant or QSR kitchens preferred.
Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days a week
Salary: As per experience
