Job Details

- Position: Customer Service Associate
- Process: International Non-Voice
- Domain: E-Commerce
- Process Type: Chat / Email Support
- Shift: Rotational Night Shifts
- Working Days: 5 days of working 2 rotational off
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries through chat and email.
- Provide prompt and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
- Assist customers with order status, delivery, returns, refunds and product-related queries.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of customer requests.

Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent written English communication skills.




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good typing speed and email/chat etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts.
